Life Cube always wants you to receive your order in the best condition. Please read the details below so we can help you quickly and correctly 💛

ACCEPTED for returns/exchanges in the following cases:
Manufacturing defect. Wrong design / wrong product shipped.
Damage that happened during shipping.
Please provide a photo/video so we can help you as fast as possible.
NOT ACCEPTED for returns/exchanges in the following cases:
Damage from dropping, impact or force during use.
Product has been used or is no longer in its original condition.
No photo/video showing the product’s condition when the package was opened.

Life Cube can only accept and resolve complaints within 7–10 days of receiving the order.
